37th drawing from "What if Disney characters had their own Pokemon team" series
Sorry for the long wait!!
I finally finished the 1st drawing from Atlantis. The main couple Milo and Kida.
I had so much fun drawing this, the moment I saw the pictures in the end I knew I had to draw that with pokemons.
Diance: Since Kida is a Princess full of power connected with magical stones, I thought Diance would be a good match
Slowking: I wanted so "intelligent" pokemon to represent Milo.
Metagross: Is also a really intelligent pokemon, and I can totally see Milo as kid finding a Beldum will searching old fossil and stuff
Golurk: Those giant stone guardians
Bronzong: I tried to use the Bronzong as the stone effigies around the Heart of Atlantis, I also tried to draw the old kings face as a Bronzong pattern, and failed xP
Aurorus: Atlantis is a really old place, so I thought some old pokemon should still exist there
Manaphy: Manaphy is one of the Sea Guardians, really appropriated for Atlantis right?

It makes sense that a fossil pokemon like Arroarus would be in Atlantis, because Atlantis sank a long time ago so it stands to reason that some fossils Pokemon would be down there as well.
